Our Vision at ServiceBox – to empower local people in every community by sharing ideas, experiences and creating stronger relationships between neighbors. The ServiceBox ecosystem is about sharing ideas, meeting neighbors, supporting local groups and businesses in one online environment. Every Neighborhood is different: with its own makeup of people, politics, businesses, entertainment and activities, we at ServiceBox want to provide a place to promote all of this positive activity.
The local News is for the people within each Neighborhood to share all sorts of different issues related to their neighborhood. Please use the Neighborhood news to post announcements, News/blog posts, Sport updates on your kids games or any other idea or update that you may have to share.

New release 2.5 is now up and running on ServiceBox, here are the new features:
- Weekly email activity updates for users on activity page on the Alerts tab
- Upgraded search functionality on Search tab
- New public pages on landing page, Primary Neighborhoods, News page, Users, Groups, Biz, Marketplace, Articles before login
- Activity, profile, biz pages image re-sizing for faster page load
- Ability to select email alerts
- Marketplace checkout functional so you can now purchase catalog and item upgrades
- Invite your friends is now fully functional. Open text on invite contacts and can add individual email invites
- Activity buttons on the User, Business and groups pages
- Online live Customer Service for Business users
- News Page enhancements
- Activity badges for hitting levels of activity Ex. writing over 10 articles gets you your first badge.
- Chat Functionality is now fully functional for users, Groups, Businesses, Markertplace items, News Article Live Chat
- Feedback is now fully functional
